Building our future with Solar.

Green

Assets

Less than 5% of commercial roofs have solar in the US. It is less than 1% in the UK; 2.5 billion square metres of wasted opportunity. This could be generating value for asset owners, reducing bills for tenants and cutting carbon emissions. Rooftop solar in the EU could meet 25% of their energy needs.

Flexible

Models

Landlord, Tenant, Planet

Mutuality

Rooftop solar monetises an underused asset, helps to meet ESG and compliance targets, and delivers ‘deep green’ electricity to tenants without capital investment. By adding new green electricity, it is also reducing the national carbon footprints and making a clear and visible leadership statement.
